I led the launch and go-to-market strategy for Voly, building a product that solved key pain points:

I was directly responsible for:
Leading go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition
Driving product roadmap development and crew app MVP
Establishing partnerships with Mastercard® to support live operational use
Securing the first major yacht management client (100+ superyachts under management)
Building relationships with global yachting firms with collective turnover of €125M+
Leading investor relations, board reporting, and strategy communications
